Tie the Knot offers 3 designer bridesmaid lines. They are Watters & Watters, Bill Levkoff, and Jordan Fashions.  We carry many of the samples for these collections in our store, which are used to try on only. We custom order every bridesmaid dress according to the maid’s measurements. The bridesmaid gowns take approximately 6 - 10 weeks to arrive in our store.  We can RUSH an order upon request.

It is important to note, we cannot place an order with a designer for a bridal party until we have all the maids’ measurements on file and deposits collected. This is done because of dye lot purposes.

The best way to choose a bridesmaid dress is to have 1 to 2 bridesmaids from the bridal party come in our store with the bride and try on various styles.  Once a style is chosen , then our consultants can assist with color choice. After a style/color is chosen by the bride, it is noted in her file and we proceed with next steps by attaining measurements and deposits from each of the maids. For the out of town maids—we suggest measurements taken by a trained professional (ie bridal consultant, seamstress, tailor).  Those measurements can be called in to our store and a consultant will review the size with the maid over the phone. Once the size is determined a deposit is collected via credit card. When the gowns arrive we will ship the dresses to the out of town maids upon request.

We do not require appointments for a bride and her maids looking for bridesmaid gowns. We find most brides and their maids enjoy the opportunity to look on their own and try on styles.  When the bride feels she has determined the style she wants to order or has narrowed it down to a few styles and needs assistance with color swatches, etc, then we encourage an appointment to assist you.

Color swatches can be ordered from the appropriate designer when a style is chosen.  This is done upon request.
